AED Force appreciates and values its customers and has the following shipping, return, and refund policies: 

Free Shipping on Most Orders 

  • Free shipping is offered on all in-stock orders within the 48 states in the United States and excludes Hawaii and Alaska. 

  • Delivery is restricted to U.S. locations; international shipping is not available. 

  • No-cost shipping also applies to U.S. Military addresses, Army Post Office, and Fleet Post Office. 

Shipping 

  • AED Force ships to almost any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products; some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.  

  • When you place an order, you will be given an estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. 

  • Shipping rates often are weight-based according to the products AED Force sells. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies that AED Force uses, all weights will be rounded up to the next full dollar, pound, and/or respective currency. 

  • UPS Ground is the default shipping method unless specified. 

  • Most in-stock items are shipped within 1-3 business days. 

  • Orders outside the United States incur additional chargers and are dependent upon sender and recipient locations. 

  • For expedited shipping such as overnight, 2-day, and other, orders must be placed before 11 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time for same-day shipping. 

  • Expedited orders are delivered on business days only and excludes weekends. 

  • Overnight shipping orders will be delivered the following business day. 

  • For Saturday deliveries or special expedited rates, Contact Us at email support@aedforce.com. 

  • Shipping is only to physical addresses; post office (P.O.) boxes are not eligible. 

Return Policy Conditions 

  • Items must have been purchased from AED Force.  

  • AED Force customers may receive a refund or credit on most items within 30 days of delivery.   

  • You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days of receiving your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number as outlined below in the How to Return Your Item(s) and giving your package to the return shipper. The time period includes the transit time for AED Force to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes AED Force to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). 

  • All returns must be undamaged and in their respective original factory packaging. All parts and packaging, including manuals and batteries, must be returned. The manufacturer's product packaging must be in its original condition with no marking or stickers applied. Disposable components such as electrode pads and batteries must be unopened. Disposable components that have been opened/used cannot be returned for refund. A 25% restock fee may be applied. 

  • Opened, used, and/or installed electrodes, electrode pads, batteries, and rescue kits and packs will not be accepted as returns. 

  • Returned AED and/or training units will have the price of their opened electrode pads, opened or used batteries, and/or items in opened or non-resalable condition will be deducted from the refund.  

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance costs on returned items and all shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item(s) are confirmed defective. All defective items must be confirmed defective by the manufacturer.   

  • Special Order items are non-returnable and include items with special color, size, and/or alteration. AED Force is not responsible for special order color variations.  

  • All refused shipments are subject to a 25% restock fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. 

 How to Return Your Item(s) 

  • Contact Us at email support@aedforce.com or call 330-33-FORCE (330-333-6723) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions. 

  • Make sure that your return shipments arrive at AED Force’s designated facility within 30 days of the date that your RMA was issued. 

  • Returned items must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. Electrodes and batteries that have been opened and/or installed will not be accepted. 

  • Returned items must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. Electrodes, electrode pads, batteries, and rescue kits and packs that have been opened, used, and/or installed will not be accepted as returns.  

  • Shipping and Insurance on returned items are to be prepaid by the customer. The customer will incur shipping and insurance costs on returned items and are the responsibility of the customer unless item(s) are deemed defective by the customer and the manufacturer. 

  • AED Force suggests that customers use a reputable carrier that will issue a tracking number for the shipment. AED Force is not responsible for customer returns that are lost or damaged during shipping.  

 Restocking Fee 

  • Any item returned outside the above guidelines may be subject to a 10% restocking fee or in some cases refused and returned to the customer. 

  • AED Program Management, Training, Special Order Items, and other Services are nonrefundable.
